Freeport, Ill. — The Freeport baseball team can't seem to catch a break.
The Pretzels nearly pulled off a rally Monday after being down seven runs after seven innings.
Freeport scored five runs in the seventh and had the tying runs on base, but a fly ball caught by Guilford's right fielder with two outs ended the game, 7-5.
